Absorbent. Encourages digging. 100% natural. This substrate blend can be found in the natural environment of the Bearded Dragon and therefore is a better match than the basic substrates available. The mixed particles allow for moisture retention when sprayed which creates moist areas that could naturally be found in burrows or burrows. Bearded Dragons seek out these moist areas when they change skin or require more moisture, so this in turn encourages digging.
