100% natural, HabiStat Coir Substrate is a substrate suitable for all kinds of reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates from wet environments.
Coir is derived from coconut bark harvested from sustainable resources, this product is soft to aid in puncturing, slowly releases water to maintain high humidity and contains Lignin which allows use when wet without rotting.
Our HabiStat range of substrates is packaged in 100% recyclable and biodegradable paper bags.
Instructions for Use: Apply the substrate evenly to the base of the vivarium ensuring a depth of 2" (5 cm). Do not overfill if using underfloor heating. Do not overfill too much if you do not use it at all.
