NEWA DUETTO INTERNAL FILTER

Newa Duetto units are unique internal filters that offer a comprehensive filtration system.

Mechanical: The first stage mechanically traps suspended particles such as fish waste, excess food, etc.

Biological: The second stage hosts bacterial colonies that convert organic nitrogenous compounds into nitrites and subsequently into nitrates.

Chemical Absorbent: The third stage further purifies the water and removes unpleasant odors and discoloration.

Its carefully crafted, innovative, and refined design, combined with its flat shape, makes the

Newa Duetto ideal for small to medium-sized aquariums, turtle tanks, and terrariums.

The Newa Duetto also features flow control and an efficient aeration system.

The Duetto filter can be positioned either vertically or horizontally, depending on the water level or the type of tank.

The fully rotatable outlet deflector allows for maximum flexibility. However, it is recommended to mount it vertically with the outlet at the water level, creating a beneficial surface flow and a gentle downward current that facilitates waste intake.

The suction cups can be removed and attached to the opposite side of the filter by breaking through the covered recesses.
