The black tinted side and rear windows are particularly impressive. These reduce potential animal stress, as animals feel less noticed and safer due to the dark environment.

The integrated swinging doors at the front (1 or 2 depending on the model) allow for particularly easy and simple maintenance of the terrarium. The serially mounted special lock ensures that they remain safely in the cabinet and do not come out. The bottom is waterproof, as a result, nothing stands in the way of caring for animals that require a lot of moisture or water, such as fire-bellied toads and poison dart frogs. Glass or stainless steel mesh side window sections are available for better ventilation (depending on model). A hole including a cable duct that locks into one of the side windows makes it possible to place e.g. pipes of a rain system, heating cables, heating mattress or sensors of a controller carefully on the side.

The bottom of the Terra Fix & Easy terraria is raised, e.g. to place a heating mat neatly and protected under the terrarium. It is possible to place bedding up to 8 cm high in the terrarium. This also makes digging animals feel comfortable. Also the upper part of the terrarium is well designed. It also consists of a stainless steel metal mesh and thus the complete system offers excellent ventilation inside the terrarium. In addition, UV rays from various lamps penetrate unobstructed through the mesh of the cover and thus provide the feeders with plenty of UV radiation.
