General Shipping & Delivery Terms

  1. Courier Service Only: All parcels are delivered exclusively by courier services. Store pickup is not available, but you can choose to pick up your order from an Akis Express office, ACS Store or Locker or Kronos.
  2. Public Holidays and Weekends: If the dispatch date falls on a public holiday, Saturday, or Sunday, your parcel will be dispatched on the next working day.
  3. Transit Times: Delivery times depend on courier transport conditions and the volume of parcels being handled.
  4. Delays: While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, we are not liable for losses, costs, or damages caused by late delivery.
  5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses: Ensure your shipping address is correct. If the courier returns the parcel due to an incorrect address:
    • We will contact you by phone or email.
    • You will need to cover the shipping fees for re-delivery.
    • If we receive no response within 7 days, the order will be considered complete. Re-delivery will depend on stock availability, or a refund will be issued if the item is out of stock.

When Will I Receive My Order?

After your order is verified and payment is cleared, we will process and prepare it for shipping.

  • Dispatch Time: Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location. For remote areas, such as villages or mountainous regions, delivery may take longer as some couriers only deliver to these areas once a week.

Pick Up Option from Akis Express, ACS or Kronos Office

If you prefer, you can choose to pick up your order from an Akis Express office, ACS or Kronos Office.

In some cases, you may be able to collect your order on the same day, depending on:

  1. Order Confirmation Time: The time you confirm your order.
  2. Product Availability: The item must be available for immediate pickup.
  3. Office Hours: The timing of the courier office you choose for pickup.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders below €30: A flat shipping fee of €5 applies across Cyprus.
  • Orders of €30 or more: Eligible for FREE shipping.

Can I Cancel My Order After It Has Been Shipped?

Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be processed once an order has been shipped.
