The COOPER by D&D Home | I LOVE Happy Cats was designed in collaboration with cat behaviour therapist Anneleen Bru and is the ultimate hunting toy. The 97 cm long telescopic and flexible wand features a unique 90 cm teaser made of cardboard strips. When you slowly drag COOPER across the floor, the teaser moves in a snake-like way – perfect for stimulating your cat’s natural hunting instinct! COOPER is used for the first of the three hunting phases: chasing the prey. The second phase is ‘killing’ the prey, and the third phase is eating it. What is the secret to success? Ideally, your cat should not catch the prey too easily, allowing it to truly hunt. You can move the prey through the air or along the floor. This play challenges your cat physically and helps reduce stress. You can also attach other toys to the COOPER wand. Always store the COOPER with the prey away after each play session. HAPPY CATS TIP: End the wand play by throwing a loose toy (such as Hazel, Clover or Alfie) onto the floor or by scattering a few treats on the ground.
